Jim's verbal and written report provide an in-depth step-by-step plan for improving operational efficiencies, resource training and realignments, facilities enhancements, and cost reductions. Management Consulting: For restaurants, hotels, country clubs, etc., Jim reviews operations, costs, personnel, menus, inventories, cleaning schedules, uniforms, silverware and flatware, servers to patron ratios, etc., and devises training, schedules, inventories, estimated and projected costs, budgets, etc., to help facilities better their revenue, morale, food presentation, atmosphere, etc. Business Potential Analysis: Jim reviews facilities background, operational costs, revenue, staffing, etc., to provide clients with an assessment as to business potential for lucrative procurement and/or sale potential. For all, Sam prepares all of the presentation packages, compiles survey results/charts, develops business related literature/ postcards/ business cards, etc., and accomplishes all billing and bookkeeping.
